TradeOne maintains a Tier-1 technology infrastructure throughout our process centers. The crtical nature of our client's data and processes demands the extra attention and cost associated with maintaining a true Tier-1 architecture. Some components include:

• Secure and reliable backend processing servers - running secure versions of UNIX
• High performance and reliable database technology - running current versions of Oracle DBMS
• State of the art security perimeters and monitoring tools - from Cisco and other Tier-1 vendors
• Dependable backup solutions - from Quantum, Sun, and others
• Flexible and accurate reporting technologies - from Business Objects and Microsoft
• Redundant environmental controls - from Liebert and others
• Redundant Internet bandwidth and lines - from UUNET and others
• Conditioned power and backup power - from APC and others

TradeOne utilizes an Oracle database system for core database processing and storage and Microsoft SQL Server Database architecture for advanced and analytical reporting. The Oracle infrastructure runs on a secure Sun Solaris server farm. Both databases are backed up nightly.

TradeOne's core applications are split between our basic financial, claiming, and audit system (MEDIALINK) and our web-based Web portal system (Partner Resource Center, also referred to as Weblink). Both systems are proprietary to TradeOne Marketing and are the culmination of a 25 year evolution of advanced custom tailored functionality. All modules are designed with the core principals of accounting integrity and auditability. These applications are currently being used to run some of the most complex and customized programs in the world and are used for every one of our clients from small to large volumes.

TradeOne maintains a robust disaster recovery plan which is audited and tested each year. Due to the nature of some of our large customers, we undergo an intense review by some of our customer's IT and internal audit teams each year. Additionally, TradeOne maintains very thorough physical, system, network, and data center security. All facilities are wrapped in a multi-level card based security system with additional security around our data center and processing facilities. We utilize document shredding and destruction vendors to transport all discarded materials.
