Easy Enrollment of New Members

The loyalty software allows for very easy new member enrollment. The user starts by entering his/her name and address information (business, home address or both will work). Either address can be designed as the delivery address for awards - allowing control of awards by employers if desired. A simple press of a function key brings up previously entered address, facilitating mass enrollments of company personnel. The user may also accept or update default criteria such as program type or enrollment type. The system can then use a predetermined new member number or it can generate unique numbers at enrollment time.

The system allows range # control (e.g., Specific # ranges can be provided to each partner, or enrollment type) and the software will determine what transactions are necessary depending on enrollment type (e.g., credit a predetermined amount of units, issue an award, etc.). The software can produce a new member card, enrollment kit, and a report.
