Position: Client Program Manager

Function: The Client Program Manager is responsible for the on-going success of client relationships. The position oversees the activities of the account team and is responsible for the day-to-day running of an account and its smooth operation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve client programs and account administration
  • Work closely with the client to help set the direction for any account programs
  • Keep abreast of trends and developments in client’s market and products
  • Build strong professional relationships with key client marketing/financial/coop administrative personnel
  • Lead weekly client conference calls to review the account status and any issues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training to clients, sales teams, customers
  • Manage, motivate and evaluate all account team members
  • Manage account resources to maximize efficiencies and workflow
  • Develop and maintain internal program procedures and policies
  • Identify program enhancements, write specs for IT estimate, and manage estimate process
  • Design, test and implement new programs/reports for clients

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required

Position: Claims Processor Specialist

Function: A Claim Processor Specialist will work in a service environment and be responsible for auditing routine and complex marketing claims, data entry of claim information and handle calls to answer questions and resolve disputes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/outbound call center communications responding to customer, sales and client contacts concerning marketing programs or claim processing questions
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while handling difficult customer calls
  • Monitor and track customer issues to ensure accurate resolution
  • Learn to apply knowledge of clients’ marketing programs and branding guidelines
  • Apply knowledge of state laws and regulations pertaining to advertising disclaimers as trained
  • Audit routine and complex claims and enter claim data into system
  • Approve advertising or marketing initiatives as meeting program guidelines and being eligible for future payment
  • Performing research requests including gathering and analyzing data
  • Provide procedural training and information to peers
  • Work on assignments where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations
  • May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Quality check own work as well as others

Qualifications:

  • College degree, experience in call center environment a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of work in a short period of time
  • Proficient computer skills coupled with typing ability
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues

  • Approve advertising or marketing initiatives as meeting program guidelines and being eligible for future payment
  • Inbound/outbound call center communications responding to customer, sales and client contacts concerning marketing program guidelines or claim processing questions
  • Performing research requests (i.e. check on account information, payment/claim status)
  • Ability to handle dispute resolution for denied claims
  • Filing, matching and document maintenance
  • Quality check own work as well as others

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in call center environment or 2 years of college a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of work in a short period of time
  • Proficient computer skills coupled with typing ability
  • Basic mathematical proficiency
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and work independently
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills

Position: Project Manager

Function: The Project Manager is the primary contact and is responsible for the on-going success of client relationships. The manager will assist the Director in defining the needs of the client and developing project and action plans to provide solutions to client's needs. Responsibilities include creating functional specifications and documentation, coordinating communication, maintaining project schedules, testing solutions and implementing software application enhancements. The position oversees the activities of the account team and is responsible for the day-to-day running of an account and its smooth operation. Travel and overtime as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve client programs and account administration
  • Work with the client in a consultant role to determine best processes and software enhancements to streamline processing for the client and their business channel
  • Develop project plans and schedules, milestones, and report project status
  • Create design specs and manage estimate process
  • Test and implement new programs and reports
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training to clients, sales teams, customers
  • Lead weekly client conference calls to review the account status and any issues
  • Prepare and deliver client account reviews
  • Manage, motivate and evaluate all account team members
  • Manage account resources to maximize efficiencies and workflow
  • Develop and maintain internal program procedures and policies
