Our Loyalty Software is ORACLE/UNIX Based

TradeOne's Loyalty software is designed and developed utilizing Oracle's Developer 2000. This fully scalable client server environment uses Unix as the server base with Windows PCs as the clients. The software allows for easy online maintenance which displays, updates, and/or adds to maintenance tables. This allows users to easily change city pairs, criteria for awards, city pair bonus, enrollment types, adjustment codes, statement messages, etc. The software also tracks all transactions and awards and maintains complete records of all activity - allowing easy and accurate balancing of the system on a daily basis, and guarding against fraud. The software produces a variety of daily audit reports facilitating management control and insight into program performance. Some examples of current reports include transaction counts including time down to seconds by screens for data entry personnel, adjustment transactions by users, manually entered tickets by users and enrollment audit reports.
