LuAnn Gilmore began her career at TradeOne Marketing 16 years ago as a claims auditor and quickly rose to a manager level over the Quality Control Department. The processes and controls she put in place were critical in developing the high levels of accuracy that TradeOne is known for. Once the processes and controls were implemented at an individual client level, she became an Operations Director. Ms. Gilmore emphasizes customer satisfaction and going the extra mile for her clients. She has initiated company wide customer satisfaction training classes and continually scores top marks in our customer satisfaction surveys.
