Member Account Merge Functionality
With the member account merge functionality a user can easily merge several accounts into one. The Loyalty Software can move all activity into a new account checking for and eliminating duplicate activity and then produce a new card and statement of newly merged activity along with a daily report of merged account information. This information is stored in a cross reference table, so if an old account number is entered in any screen, the software will inform the user of the new number, with a function key option to replace the old number with the new number. The software also stores the information about each activity moved, so members can be unmerged and all appropriate activity moved back.
