At TradeOne, Rod Johnston is responsible for developing and executing sales strategy, driving brand awareness, managing industry alliances, public relations, product development, and product marketing. In addition to demonstrable sales and marketing expertise with Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Johnston has more than 20 years of business experience in a variety of functional areas including finance, software development, and senior-level consulting, with an emphasis on trade promotion management.
Prior to joining TradeOne, Mr. Johnston worked for Robert Half International, where he served as the Director of Management Resources and successfully executed sales strategy for over 20 senior level consultant managers. He also served as a Senior Partner for the Hand Consulting Group where he leveraged his expertise to design and implement variable compensation and trade promotion management solutions for consumer electronics, apparel, high-tech and consumer package goods clients.
Mr. Johnston is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Concordia University and an M.B.A. with an emphasis on executive management from the University of Texas.
